Lu Bingheng, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, recently stated that half of the "04 Special Projects" that are closely related to "Made in China 2025" have achieved technological breakthroughs, and 40% have entered industrialization, and large-scale economic benefits are expected to occur at the end of the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan." By then, the gap between China's high-end equipment manufacturing and the international level will be greatly reduced.

"04 special" four into industrialization

In May 2015, the State Council issued the “Made in China 2025”, and later announced the “Guidance Opinions on Promoting the “Internet Plus” Initiative”, together with the special projects including 01, 02, 03, and 04 in the past decade. More than a dozen "National Major Science and Technology Special Projects" within the plan constitute the strategic and technical deployment of China's revitalization of manufacturing.

According to reports, "04 special" CNC machine tools include CNC, host and functional components and key components. After hard work, China's high-end equipment has broken through some key technologies, such as heavy equipment such as the 800MN large forging presses in the aviation sector, which fills the gap in domestic technology and provides strong guarantees for the development of military aircraft across generations and the development of large aircraft.

Academician Lu Bingheng said that after many years of accumulation such as the 863 plan and the "04 Special Project," China's high-end equipment manufacturing technology has grown from weak to strong and has made breakthroughs in half. CNC machine tools in China have gone a long way in designing, manufacturing and experimenting. For example, five-axis linkage machine tools, high-end CNC machine tools, and large equipment that the country urgently needs, have made great progress.

Major breakthroughs have also been made in the field of automotive equipment, including four major automotive key processes such as stamping, welding, painting and assembly. Among them, stamping has achieved economic benefits. A person from Dongfeng Motor said that welding and painting will soon see benefits.

Lu Yuanshi said that 40% of the "04 special" technology has entered the stage of industrialization. Among them, 20% achieved large-scale industrialization and 20% entered batch and engineering applications. 8 to 10 companies have benefited from these new high-end equipment technologies, and have provided technical support for the company's product structure adjustment.

Large-scale industrialization or five years later

The fourth industrial revolution led by German Industry 4.0 has gone through the age of steam, the age of electricity, and the era of electronics and information technology, and the current information physics system based on logistics and wireless communication, namely Industry 4.0.

According to reports, China's manufacturing industry is still in the parallel development stage of Industry 2.0 and 3.0. It must take the parallel development of Industry 2.0 supplementary classes, Industry 3.0 popularity, and Industry 4.0 demonstration.

It is understood that the concept of high-end manufacturing during the “13th Five-Year Plan” period has been made clear: China Manufacturing 2025 will be synergistically combined with innovation, and high-end manufacturing will pursue catch-up and leapfrogging under the influence of large-scale planning and market forces. Implementation of social coordination, including market synergy and national project procurement; collaboration between industry, universities, and research institutes, enterprises should become the main body of integrated innovation. Build innovative platform construction with new ideas, integrate networking, CAD, 3D printing, etc. to fill up the integrated development of manufacturing short boards in China; coordinate scientific and technological plans in intelligent manufacturing of “new three-base” sensors, software, and big data Layout; Makes a difference in industrial Internet + smart manufacturing.

In view of the high-end equipment industry sector's sought after topic in the capital market, Academician Lu reminded investors that basic industries are technological advances. For high-end machine tools to form a continuous hot spot, companies must rely on themselves to do a good job. The overall industrialization of high-end equipment is mature. It is estimated that four or five years later, the gap between China and the international frontier technology can be greatly reduced.

Wang Decheng, Secretary of the Party Committee of the General Research Institute of Machinery Science, also believes that the large-scale industrialization of high-end equipment will take about four to five years.
