Third, engineering quality certification
1. Engineering quality certification report (with the preparation of this mine).

Fourth, the level of gas and coal dust explosion and spontaneous combustion tendency to identify

According to the gas grade identification and gas emission forecast for three consecutive years in 2007, 2008 and 2009, the mine gas rank is low gas mine.
(2) Coal dust explosion, coal seam spontaneous combustion tendency
According to the test report provided by the Guizhou Provincial Geological and Minerals Center Laboratory in September 2007, C3 and C5 coal dusts are non-explosive, and C3 and C5 coal seams are three types of non-self-igniting coal seams.
According to the test report provided by the Laboratory of Guizhou Coalfield Geology Bureau in June 2010, C10 and C12 coal dusts are non-explosive, and C10 and C12 coal seams are three types of non-self-igniting coal seams.
(3), coal and gas outburst identification
In May 2010, our mine entrusted the Key Laboratory of Mining and Safety of Ministry of Education of China University of Mining and Technology to identify C10 and C12 coal seams and gas outbursts. The conclusions of the appraisal are as follows: (1) C10 coal seam with an elevation of +1390.60 meters above the Xingwang coal mine has no outstanding danger. ; 2 Xingwang Coal Mine mining C12 coal seam with an elevation of +1350.20 meters or above has no outstanding danger.
V. Main equipment inspection and inspection
The laboratory of Guizhou Coalfield Geology Bureau was entrusted to inspect and test the main equipments such as mine hoist, main fan, pressure fan and water pump, and the ventilation resistance was measured, and the inspection report was issued.
Sixth, safety acceptance evaluation report
Entrusted Guizhou Province Coalfield Mine Safety Technology Consulting Co., Ltd. to make a safety acceptance evaluation report. The completion acceptance criteria and safe production conditions have been met.
