After hearing the report, the participating experts were very satisfied with Yuchai's rectification. At the same time, the experts put forward their own opinions on Yuchai's rectification report. Guo Lin said: "I am checking and accepting this project for the second time. This time I saw a great change compared to the last time!"
In the end, the participating experts formed a consensus: The joint-stock company has carried out rectification in accordance with the rectification work requirements, established a sound and reliable quality control system for remanufactured products, further improved the remanufactured product production line, laid out reasonable technical documents, and further improved the reverse logistics. The system has expanded market channels and increased sales; remanufactured products use permanent nameplates.
The acceptance panel believes that Yuchai's rectification has reached acceptance conditions and agreed to pass the inspection and acceptance. He also requested Yuchai to improve the rectification report in accordance with the opinions put forward at this meeting.
