It is reported that Terex Port Solutions (TPS) has received two types of Terex stacking crane contracts for Bharat Mumbai Container Terminals Ltd. (BMCT), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Singapore International Port Group Co., Ltd. (PSA). . 
The contract includes eight Terex (TEX) tire-type gantry cranes (RTG) and four Terex orbital gantry cranes (RMG). The Terex (TEX) tire-type gantry crane contract also includes 18 Terex (TEX) tire-type gantry crane options.
These flexible, efficient and environmentally friendly Terex (TEX) tire-type gantry cranes will be delivered in three batches of six in September and November 2017, while the Terex orbital gantry cranes will be delivered to Mumbai in September 2017. These rail-type gantry cranes will be used by the track-type stacker at Bharat Mumbai Container Terminals. These rail-mounted gantry cranes can stack double-deck container trains up to 1.5 km long. Bharat Mumbai Container Terminals Ltd. is the second wholly-owned subsidiary of Singapore International Port Group Ltd. in India to operate the cranes supplied by Terex Port Solutions.
