( 1 ) Registration application for mining rights;
( 2 ) Legal person business license or sole proprietorship or partnership business license during the validity period (if the mine affiliated to the legal entity has to provide the legal person business license and the mine business license);
(3) Bank in accordance with law or accounting firm issued credit evidence; evidence on technical equipment and signed by the land and resources departments above the county level observations;
( 4 ) If the prospecting right owner applies for mining, the cancellation documents for the exploration permit in the application area shall be submitted.
( 5 ) The safety production plan reviewed and approved by the county (district) or municipal safety supervision department.
( 6 ) Approved design or development and utilization of mineral resources. Where the scale of mining reserves is large or medium-sized, it is necessary to submit a mining design or development and utilization plan prepared by a design-qualified unit; if the scale of mining reserves is small or scattered mineral resources, submit the unit qualified by the design or the unit approved by the mining registration authority. The development and utilization plan prepared;
( 7 ) If the applicant country invests in the proven mineral production, the results of the evaluation of the mining rights by the statutory body and the relevant information confirmed on the evaluation results shall be available;
( 8 ) The scale of mining reserves is large and medium-sized, and it is required to provide environmental impact assessment reports and approval opinions of environmental protection departments; if the scale of mining reserves is small or scattered, an environmental impact registration form is required;
( 9 ) Geological hazard risk assessment report. If the scale of new mine construction is large and medium-sized, an evaluation report should be submitted; the scale of newly-built mine construction is small; and located in a geological disaster-prone area, the corresponding level of evaluation opinions should be proposed according to the complexity of the geological environment conditions of the mining area;
( 10 ) A map of the mining area with the topographic geological map greater than or equal to 1 : 2000 as the base map (marking the ground facility and the inflection point of the mining area and the coordinates of the inflection point), and developing the system map;
( 11 ) Approved land use procedures;
( 12 ) If the acquisition of mining rights is obtained, a confirmation of the transaction and a contract for assignment shall be provided. Â
