The passenger car burns 100 kilometers and does not exceed 33L
It is reported that the limits specified in the “Opinions†apply to commercial vehicles burning petrol and diesel with a total design mass greater than 3500kg. As the first step of energy-saving management of heavy-duty commercial vehicles, the Opinions first consider three types of models with relatively large production and sales volumes and holdings, high total fuel consumption, and mature evaluation methods as the industry standard applicable models, including trucks ( Excluding dump trucks, passenger cars (excluding city buses) and semitrailer tractors. While urban buses and dump trucks are temporarily not included in the limit, they will be studied and dealt with during the development of national standards.
The limit value is based on the maximum design total mass as the limit value, because according to the research of China Automotive Technology and Research Center and major commercial vehicle manufacturers in China, the maximum design total quality is the model with the highest linear correlation with the 100 km fuel consumption of the model. parameter. According to the “Opinionsâ€, buses with a maximum design total mass of more than 3,500kg (excluding urban passenger cars) are divided into 12 stalls with fuel consumption limits ranging from 14 liters per 100 km to 33 litres per 100 km, with the highest one being The fuel consumption limit for trucks with gears larger than 25,000 kg does not exceed 33 liters per 100 kilometers. For passenger cars using gasoline, the limit is the corresponding limit multiplied by 1.3, and is rounded to one decimal place. The fuel consumption limits for heavy-duty trucks range from 15.5 liters per 100 km to 50 litres per 100 km, and gasoline trucks are multiplied by 1.3. The fuel consumption limit for tractor-trailers ranges from 38 liters per 100 km to 56 litres per 100 km.
Stop high-energy vehicles from entering the market
Previously, China has not established a limit value for the consumption of heavy-duty commercial vehicles. According to statistics, in 2010, more than 3.5 tons of heavy commercial vehicles accounted for about 10% of the total vehicle sales. As heavy-duty commercial vehicles are the main body of road transportation in China, fuel consumption is much higher than that of passenger vehicles, and therefore it occupies a large proportion in the oil consumption of Road Transport in China. The lack of industry standards has led to the introduction of high-energy transport vehicles into the road transportation industry. The analysis pointed out that in the international context, there has been a consensus on strengthening the evaluation and management of fuel consumption for heavy commercial vehicles. However, due to the complexity of product types, use conditions, and technical status of heavy commercial vehicles compared to light vehicles, internationally it is generally believed that heavy commercial vehicle fuel consumption. The difficulty of evaluation is higher than that of light vehicles, and it is more difficult to advance. After comprehensively considering the coordination between the national standard "Method for Measuring Fuel Consumption of Heavy Commercial Vehicles" and "Outline Dimensions, Axle Loads, and Quality Limits of Road Vehicles," the limit standard scheme for "Opinions" was finally determined.
It is understood that the "Opinion" is currently only an industry standard for limit values ​​that has been formulated in advance, and it has mainly met the urgent need for energy-saving management of heavy-duty commercial vehicles. Next, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will, on the basis of implementation of industry standards, organize the National Automotive Standardization Technical Committee to formulate national standards for fuel consumption of heavy commercial vehicles, and further improve the energy conservation standard system for heavy-duty commercial vehicles in China.
