According to reports, the export of major fertilizers has been suppressed by the national tariff policy, and companies have switched to exporting alternative products. This is the main reason for the relatively rapid growth of exports of small-scale fertilizers in the near future. In the first eight months of this year, the small-scale fertilizers with rapid export growth are mainly low-tariff or zero-tariff products such as other compound fertilizers containing nitrogen and phosphorus and ammonium sulfate. Among them, other compound fertilizers containing two kinds of nitrogen and phosphorus were exported 1.86 million tons, an increase of 1.55 million tons more than the same period last year, an increase of 5 times; 1.23 million tons of heavy calcium were exported, nearly double the rate of increase; 1.18 million tons of ammonium sulfate was exported The increase was 37.2%; the export volume of small-package chemical fertilizers under 10 kg also increased significantly. At present, the NDRC is coordinating the opinions of various departments, and these small varieties will be included in the scope of high tariffs or higher tariff management.
Tu Qiaohong said that while the country strictly controls the export of chemical fertilizers, it will also introduce other policies and measures to ease domestic excess production capacity.
