Electrostatic demister purification phosphorus chemical exhaust

The electrostatic demister is to cool the phosphoric acid tail gas in the cooling tower to below 50° C., then the tail gas of the phosphor is transported to the bottom plenum of the electric defogger by a fan, the gas enters the anode tube through the distribution plate, and then passes through the high voltage and constant current direct current power supply. High-voltage electrostatic field generates ionization. Electrons near the high voltage of the negative electrode are strongly accelerated by the strong electric field. Charged ions form an electron avalanche. These electrons form negative ions with the phosphoric acid molecules and are rapidly adsorbed to the anode tube to form electrostatic deposits, forming neutral molecules of phosphoric acid droplets. After purification, air is vented from the top air outlet.
