The huge engineering radial tire with two specifications of 7.00R49 and 33.00R51 has been designed and manufactured, and the production process is stable. According to feedback from field tests conducted in Canada and large-scale mines in China, giant engineering radial tires have been used for more than 5,000 hours, and tire wear has averaged 130 hours/mm or more, reaching the international advanced level.
After the tires of the 36.00R51, 37.00R57, 40.00R57, and 46/90R57 specifications that were trial-produced in the second phase have passed field loading tests, the Delta Group will develop a 63% technical case with higher technical content in the Phase III project.扌 㓠㓠㓠nbsp nbsp?nbsp;nbsp;
Before this, this kind of product with high technical content and good economic efficiency has been monopolized by a few foreign tire companies, and China has only been able to rely on imports for a long time. The giant engineering radial tire assembly technology is a high-tech achievement independently developed by Delta Group after more than 30 years of continuous development and technology precipitation. This achievement won the first prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award in 2008. It was the highest scientific and technological award received by the rubber industry since the founding of the People's Republic of China.
