"Study on the full-scale test platform for electronic transformers" passed the acceptance

[China Instrument Network Instrument R&D] On August 4th, the company's scientific and technological project “Comprehensive Test Condition for Electronic Transformer Test Platform and Long-term Performance Evaluation Study” undertaken by the Chinese Academy of Electric Power was approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology. Acceptance experts heard the completion report of the project, reviewed work reports, technical reports, intellectual property rights, and test reports, and agreed that the project completed the contents of the contract and the mission statement and agreed to pass the acceptance check.

The project developed an outdoor full-voltage, full-current long-term performance evaluation platform, proposed a long-term performance assessment method for electronic transformers, analyzed the impact of key components and key parameters of electronic transformers on its reliability, and studied active electronic systems. Main failure modes and fault self-diagnosis methods of transformer laser energy supply module; monitoring and analysis of the changing trend of measurement error of various electronic transformers within one year; and the interaction between electronic current and voltage transformers were studied.
Through the implementation of the project, it effectively discovered and solved multiple hidden defects in the operation of electronic transformers, improved the reliability of application of electronic transformers, and supported the construction of a new generation of smart substations to expand demonstration projects.
