Relying on the project achievements, the Provincial Metrology Institute was authorized by the Provincial Bureau of Quality Supervision in September 2016 to obtain the radar type evaluation capability. 20 batches of type evaluations have been independently carried out, and China Academy of Metrology assisted 15 batches of on-site testing of imported radar speedometers and domestic radar speedometers. Assist manufacturing enterprises to conduct on-site speed test on new radar speedometer products, analyze speed data, and find the cause of error to help improve product quality, ensure accurate use of speed measurement (especially without positive error), and achieve safe measurement Guarantee people's livelihood.
Next, the provincial metrology institute will carry out comparisons between domestic JJG 527-2015 "fixed radar radar guns" and JJG 528-2015 "mobile radar radar guns" and other on-site speed measuring standards (standard speedometers) to ensure that The traceability of the national radar speedometer is accurate and reliable.
