The project "Development and Application of Dynamic Multispectral Analyzer" has been accepted

[China Instrument Network Instrument R&D] A few days ago, the National Special Scientific Instrument Development “Development and Application Research of Dynamic Multi-spectrum Analyzer” passed the project acceptance by the Science and Technology Department of AQSIQ. The project realized the instrumentation of multi-spectrum technology for the first time, and realized the integration of software and hardware; it provided an intelligent analysis platform for the detection of adulteration of edible oils, infant milk products, liquor, wine, and other foods, and brand identification.

According to the project leader Li Hongmei, a researcher at the Institute of Chemistry, China Institute of Metrology, the series of hardware technology innovations in the unit components, devices, and joint instrument interfaces have significantly improved China's thermo-near-infrared-gas-mass spectrometer. The research and development of graphite furnace-plasmon emission spectrometry and other instruments have enabled the localization of TGA-NIR-GC/MS instruments, breaking the monopoly of foreign countries; key components and key factors in ICP sources, CCD drives, protective film processes, etc. Technological breakthroughs have effectively reduced instrument costs while improving instrument reliability. Based on the dynamic multispectral multi-spectral data processing, discrimination, screening and other algorithms and the establishment of identification and calibration model based on the standard substance, it provides a scientific tool for revealing the substance characteristics and the internal correlation. The project results will play an important role in the fields of food and drug identification, metabolomics, foodomics, and material properties.
The implementation cycle of the “Development and Application of Dynamic Multispectral Analyzers” project has been implemented for five years. Participating units include China Institute of Metrology, Beijing General Analysis Instrument Co., Ltd., Beijing Food Safety Monitoring and Risk Assessment Center, Tsinghua University, and Chengdu Municipal Food and Drug Testing Institute, Jilin Province Quality Supervision and Inspection Institute and other 9 units. The project consists of six tasks. Among them, the research and development of the multi-spectrum discriminating model standard substance is under the responsibility of Zhang Qinghe, a researcher at the Institute of Chemistry, China Institute of Metrology.
More than 50 people from the Resources Allocation and Management Department of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Science and Technology Department of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, the leadership of the Science and Technology Committee of Pinggu District, and the project team attended the acceptance meeting. The acceptance group consists of 12 field experts including academician Zhang Yukui of the Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences and academician Wang Haizhou of the Iron and Steel Research Institute.
