EDM CNC wire cutting machine is an integrated electromechanical instrument. Its electrical system is mainly divided into control system and machine tool electrical system. The former consists of a power supply, an interface, a single board machine and some peripheral equipment, and the latter consists of the motors of the wire-traveling system and corresponding control appliances. As far as its control system is concerned, the power amplifier tube is used in a single group. If one group (two power amplifier boards) is used in a single group, there is no pulse power output, which is regarded as a fault group. Replace one of the power amplifier boards into the line seat of the group containing only one power amplifier board, and use it in a single group to find the fault board. Then confirm the condition of the power amplifier tube on the fault board. If it is "punctured" and replaced with a good tube, the pulse power supply will resume normal operation.

Whether the circuit is open, if it is, then troubleshoot and check if the power amplifying component is normal. If all the above parts are normal, further check the potentials at both ends of the indicator light by: starting the working procedure of the single board machine, if the indicator light has no output signal, the interface line is faulty. If the entire three-phase indicator of x or the entire three-phase indicator of Y is not lit or not flashing, it may be that four NAND gates T095 in the stepping interface circuit of the single board machine are faulty.
