Die Casting Mould :

The materials suitable for die casting are Aluminum, Zinc and Magnesium. The most common aluminum for die casting are A356 and A380.And for zinc material, it could be Zamak serise and zinc alloys. For Magnesium, we usual make the material is AZ91D, AM50A, AM60B.

We can make die casted hinges, locks, automotive and motorcycle parts, gear box, etc.The largest die casted part we could make is sized by 550mm*650mm, around 35kg. we have a long terms cooperation with die casting mould trial partner in Dongguan, the largest die casting equipment we have is 1000 Tons. We also do secondary operation including heat treatment and shot blasting.
