Fujian Metrology Institute and GTM Collaborate on a Strong Sensor Project

[China Instrument Network Instrument R&D] Recently, the Fujian Provincial Institute of Metrology signed a technical cooperation agreement with German GTM Corporation. Both parties agreed: On the value-added sensor project, the GTM China Representative Office selected the institute as a super-strong value (measurement range above 20MN). ) The sensor is the preferred calibration agency and recommends its domestic customer's force sensor to send it to the hospital for calibration; it will enable both parties to communicate irregularly and exchange visits and promote more extensive and in-depth technical discussions. The signing of this agreement marks the official launch of the international measurement and calibration service by the Fujian Measurement Institute.

It is understood that the German GTM company was established in 1999. It is a company specializing in mechanics and torque measurement. It helps countries, metrology agencies, laboratories, and sensor manufacturers in various countries to build standard devices, and also provides high-level standard products. And service, its product measurement error is small, high precision, wide range, application is very extensive, in the industry as the pioneer to promote technological development and progress.

In March 2015, the “60MN Overlaying Power Standard Device” project of the national quality inspection public welfare industry undertaken by the Fujian Provincial Metrology Institute passed the acceptance by the expert group. It is the most powerful standard machine in the world, and it has been among the world's leading standards in terms of accuracy, repeatability, and load fluctuation and other major technical indicators.

The successful development of this device has solved the problem of tracing the value of ultra-strong value in China. It not only provides strong technical support and guarantee for security testing of national defense equipment, aerospace, transportation, construction, etc., but also can carry out vigorous calibration work for the international community. The role of China in the formulation of international force industry standards, the comparison of force values, and the study of international force values have significant social and economic benefits.
