At present, the basic design of the 19 new-build and retrofit installations of the refinery project has all been reviewed and approved by the headquarters. In addition to the 350,000 tons/year phenol/acetone plant, 8 sets of new equipment for ethylene engineering, the other 7 sets of equipment have already held a basic design review meeting and received approval from the headquarters. The thermal power project and the railway expansion and reconstruction project have completed the basic design review and have been approved by the headquarters.
