Hydraulic Pressure System (Saves 6s/cycle):

b. Hydraulic cylinders ensure safe mold locking during steaming, preventing steam leakage.
c. A special hydraulic pressure design allows the ejection and demolding cylinders to work simultaneously, synchronizing gas blowing and product ejection, thus reducing cycle time and enhancing demolding performance.
Steam System (Ensures Stable Steam Supply and Low Consumption):
a. Fang-Yuan’s patented PID system with a DN50 actuator ensures precise steam pressure control between 0.10–0.15MPa, with a tolerance of ±0.1MPa, saving about 25–30% energy.
b. The thermocol shaping machine uses a balance valve and pressure sensor instead of an electronic pressure gauge for accurate and easy mold pressure control via touch screen.
Piping System:
a. Large pipelines and valves close to the mold are used for water, air, and steam, minimizing energy loss and increasing machine speed.
Vacuum System:
a. The EPS automatic molding machine features a vertical vacuum system with large-diameter drainage pipes and long condensation lines. A big spray system in the vacuum tank sprays rising hot steam directly, boosting condensation efficiency and enabling vacuum cooling as the main method instead of water cooling (typically set for only 8–12 seconds). This results in a water content of ≤10% in the final product, and the spray header is easy to replace and maintain.
Control System:
a. All pressure adjustments on the EPS automatic molding machine are remotely controlled via a control box, including cross steaming, main steaming, and filling, which can be adjusted on the touch screen according to different foaming areas. The program includes multiple self-protection and alarm systems.
b. The thermocol shaping machine uses a remote control system for all pressure, electrical, valve, and hydraulic components sourced from well-known international brands, ensuring stable and smooth operation.
