2016 New Model Hands Pushing Small Manual Corn and Beans Seeder
Introduction:
This factory seeding machine is the latest development for the current needs of the new generation product. After field trials by senior technicians, it has been improved tenfold and is now a market leader. It offers efficient planting with accurate spacing, adjustable depth, and easy operation. The machine is made of high-quality steel, processed through stamping, rolling, welding, and coated to ensure durability and corrosion resistance. The seed box is transparent, allowing users to easily monitor the seed volume. All housing components are made from ABS material and reinforced nylon, ensuring long-lasting performance.

Features:
1. Developed after years of experience based on farmers' needs.
2. A successful product after two years of practical use.
3. Durable and precise sowing.
4. Uniform sowing, leading to consistent germination.
5. Twice as efficient as portable seeders.
6. Improved design and increased durability.
7. Verified by the State Bureau of Technical Supervision as a qualified product.
Structure and Working Principle:
The product consists of four main parts: the rim bracket, transparent seed box, and pushing mechanism. Spacing can be adjusted using 72 M4 threaded holes on both rims. This allows for multiple spacing options. The seed roller size determines the types of seeds that can be planted, including corn, peanuts, soybeans, peas, mung beans, walnuts, sorghum, and tea.

Operation:
Users can select eight different spacing options by connecting curved plates around the rims to form funnels. Each arc nozzle plate is fixed to a child, and the length of the child controls the seed depth and spacing. Multiple funnels are fixed on the rims, each side trimmed with a putter S. The putter S push transmission rod drives the wheel. Wheels and wheel types share the same shaft, so when the wheels rotate, the spacing perspective is achieved, and the seeds fall into the furrows. The active sub-nozzle axis rotates around a small center weld, and the three sub-bearings provide accurate opening and closing action, ensuring the seeds fall into the soil for precise planting.
The sides of the shaft are connected using flat center bushings, brackets, and stiffeners for adjustment (with an M6 rod nut fixed). When the seeder is manually pushed forward, the sprocket drives the intermittent motion to achieve sowing. For single corn grain planting or two tablets, the factory provides five different seed round specifications. Users can choose seed rounds based on grain size and color. To change the wheel cover, remove the seed round and push it by hand. Note: For convenience, the factory installs two different wheel sizes (market leaders), and users should complete the adjustment before starting sowing. Before planting, test push in the furrow to check if the seed is normal. Always monitor the seeding process, identify problems, and make timely adjustments. Improper adjustment may cause lack of seeds or germination failure, for which the factory is not responsible.
Care and Maintenance:
1. Regularly check all bolts and self-tapping screws for looseness. Tighten them immediately to prevent detachment.
2. After sowing, disassemble the seeder, clean all parts, and oil the threads to prevent rust. Store in a cool, dry place to extend its lifespan.
Precautions:
1. When using coated seeds, mix with 0.5% or 0.2% lead oxide powder before placing in the seed box.
2. Be cautious of foreign objects in the nozzle when the soil is wet or rainy.
3. Ensure proper matching with the seed round.
4. Do not run, pull, or push against the rotation direction of the arrow.
5. Control the seeding rate at 35-40 meters per minute.
6. Strictly prohibit children from playing with the seeder or touching the gears to avoid damage or injury.
7. Seed tank capacity should not be less than one-third.
8. Always follow the arrow direction when operating the seeder.
9. If you notice a significant decrease in seed usage per acre, check for obstructions or failures to avoid losses.
10. Keep spare wheels and accessories inside the box.
11. When adjusting spacing, remember the assembly order and align the parts carefully (pay attention to the positive side).
12. All dimensions are provided by the factory; adjust seed and spacing accordingly. Promptly replace if there is an error.
13. The appearance and technical standards of the product are subject to the actual appliance, and the factory has the final interpretation.
