2016 New Model Hands Pushing Small Manual Corn and Beans Seeder
Introduction:
This factory seeding machine is the latest development for the current needs of the new generation product. The machine has been improved after field trials by senior technicians, making it a market leader. It is lightweight, with accurate spacing, adjustable depth, and high labor efficiency. The seeder is made of high-quality steel, processed through stamping, rolling, welding, and treated with corrosion resistance, galvanizing, and painting to ensure durability. The transparent seed box allows clear visibility of the seed volume. All housing is made of ABS material and reinforced nylon, ensuring long-lasting performance.

Features:
1. Developed after years of experience to meet farmers' needs.
2. Successfully tested over two years.
3. Durable and ensures accurate sowing.
4. Ensures uniform germination and consistent growth.
5. Twice as efficient as portable planters.
6. Sleek design and more durable construction.
7. Certified by the State Bureau of Technical Supervision.
Structure and Working Principle:
The product consists of rims, bearing brackets, a transparent seed box, and a pushing mechanism. Spacing can be adjusted using 72 M4 threaded holes on both rims. This model is suitable for planting corn, peanuts, soybeans, mung beans, walnuts, sorghum, and tea, depending on the size of the seed roller.

Operation:
Users can select from eight different spacing options by connecting curved plates around the rims to form a funnel. Each arc nozzle plate is fixed to a child, and the length of the child controls the seed depth and spacing. Multiple funnels are fixed on the rims, and each side is trimmed with an S-shaped putter. The S putter pushes the transmission rod, which is driven by the wheel. The wheels and wheel types share the same shaft, allowing for consistent spacing and precise seed placement. The active sub-nozzle axis rotates around a small center weld, enabling accurate opening and closing actions for proper seed distribution into the soil.
The sides of the shaft are connected with flat center bushings, brackets, and stiffeners. When operated manually, the seeder rolls forward, and the sprocket drives the intermittent motion for sowing. The planting process ensures one grain of corn or two tablets per hole, meeting the needs of most regional farmers. The factory provides five different seed rounds, and users can choose from five colors based on seed size. Changing the wheel cover involves removing the seed round and adjusting it manually. For convenience, the factory installs two different wheel sizes (market leader). Before official sowing, test the machine in a furrow to check seed flow, then monitor the process continuously for any issues and make timely adjustments. Failure to do so may result in missing seeds or germination problems, for which the factory is not responsible.
Care and Maintenance:
1. Regularly check all bolts and self-tapping screws for looseness and tighten them promptly to prevent detachment.
2. After sowing, disassemble the seeder, clean all parts, and apply oil to threads to prevent rust. Store in a cool, dry place, and reassemble carefully to extend the lifespan of the equipment.
Precautions:
1. When using coated seeds, mix with 0.5% or 0.2% lead oxide powder before placing in the seed box.
2. Be cautious of foreign objects in the nozzle during wet soil or rain.
3. Match the seed round with the correct species.
4. Do not reverse the direction; follow the arrow for rotation.
5. Control the sowing speed at 35–40 meters per minute.
6. Prohibited use by children; avoid touching gears to prevent damage or injury.
7. Ensure the seed tank is at least one-third full.
8. Always operate in the direction indicated by the arrow on the seed box side.
9. If seed usage per acre drops significantly, check for blockages or faults to avoid losses.
10. Keep spare wheels and accessories inside the box.
11. When adjusting spacing, remember the order when disassembling and align the parts properly (pay attention to the positive sides).
12. All dimensions are factory-provided. Adjust seed type and spacing accordingly. Promptly replace if error rate occurs.
13. Final interpretation of product appearance and technical standards belongs to the factory.
