The electrolyte is easy to preserve, and the fresh electrolyte is brownish black. The deeper the electrolyte, the fresher.

6. Place the measuring electrode (fine electrode with 2 small platinum stigmas), drying tube, cork, and sample cock in the corresponding position of the vial. The electrolysis cell is placed on the host and the entire operation is prevented from contacting the water.

7. Insert the electrode of the electrolysis electrode (with mesh) into the electrolytic socket of the host and insert the measuring electrode plug into the measuring socket of the host. Right after the electrolytic cell is placed, the left side is inserted into the left side and the right side is inserted into the right side.

8. Turn on the power switch at the back of the host, turn on the main panel electrolysis switch, and turn on the stirring switch. Adjust the master stirring speed adjustment knob so that the liquid surface has a small swirl shape. Can not be too fast, too fast stirring beat will break the electrode.

9. Use a 50-microliter sampler to draw 10 microliters of water through the inlet cock and place the needle under the liquid surface. Note: The first time may be very tight, you can use your hand to hold it, do not allow the needle to bend. In this way, 10 microliters of water was pumped through the 50-microliter sampler from the inlet of the injection cock and the water was injected into the electrolyte. Each time you enter, you need to wait 10 seconds to observe the color change. When the color turns brown, the injection volume is reduced to 1 microliter of water. Once again, each time, it should be 10 seconds apart, observe the color change, and start counting when the color turns light yellow, stop the water intake, and count the alarm to the end point. At this time, the electrolyte is the new equilibrium point.

10. Before the normal measurement of the sample, in order to determine the normality and accuracy of the entire system of the instrument, electrolytic cell, and electrolyte, 0.5 μl of the needle can be used for the calibration of pure water, and 0.5 μl of the sampler is used to inject 0.1 μl of water, which is displayed at 90°C. - Between 110 micrograms, the instrument is normal and can be used normally.

11. (1) Newly balanced electrolyte, the vial is yellow, the electrode inside is dark, and naturally becomes the same light yellow after a few hours. (2) The electrolyzed electrode is not the same as the liquid level of the tank, and it automatically becomes the same height after a few hours of normal use. (3) The semi-permeable membrane in the middle of the electrolysis electrode mesh is a honeycomb ceramic material. It is a normal phenomenon that one drop and one drop of leakage after loading the reagent.
