(1) Working Principle The DS1.0-FA flake ice machine produces between 300kg/day to 30T/day. The evaporator is a vertical cylinder with an interlayer made of stainless steel. Refrigerant evaporates in the interlayer, while water is sprayed on the inner walls and rapidly frozen into ice. A stainless steel blade continuously rotates and scrapes the ice off the walls. Excess water is redirected back into the tank for reuse, ensuring efficiency and sustainability. (2) Ice Characteristics - Irregular flake ice thickness: 1.5mm to 2.5mm - Thin and flexible flakes are perfect for mixing and cooling food without damaging surfaces - No sharp edges, making it safe for use with delicate items - High surface area allows fast and effective cooling
