(1) Working Principle
The flake ice machine produces between 300kg/day to 30 tons/day. It features a vertical evaporator made of stainless steel (or steel) with an inner layer. Refrigerant evaporates in the interlayer, while water sprays on the inner walls and freezes quickly into flakes. A stainless steel blade continuously rotates to scrape off the ice, and excess water flows back into the tank for reuse, ensuring efficient operation and minimal waste.(2) Ice Characteristics
