However, compared with the ball mill , the range of the rod mill is much smaller. In many cases, the ball mill can replace the rod mill, but the rod mill does not necessarily replace the ball mill. Therefore, the output and actuality of the domestic rod mill The number of units used is much less than that of ball mills, and there are only more than 10 specifications. Therefore, only a few manufacturers in China produce rod mills. The main manufacturers are Heavily, Yizhong, Shenye, Qunying, Shen Mine, Nanzhong, Liaozhong, Xinhai Mining Machinery, Dahua Heavy Machinery, Shicheng Selection and Nanzhong.
Generally, the specifications of the rod mill are expressed by the cylinder diameter x length, and the model number is expressed by MBS (Y), which means a wet type (overflow type) rod mill. Rod mills with smaller specifications are generally driven by asynchronous motors with reducers, while larger ones are driven directly by synchronous motors. Like the ball mill, advanced devices such as air clutches and lubrication methods are also used.
The bar mills produced by each factory are introduced below.
1. Heavy The plant produces MBS wet rod mills, including MBS-Z (intermediate discharge) and NIBS-B (peripheral discharge). The main technical properties of the MBS wet rod mill are listed in Table 1. The equipment shape and installation base dimensions are shown in Figures 1-7 and Tables 2-8, respectively.
2. Yizhong The wet rod mill produced by the plant and its technical performance parameters are shown in Table 9.
3. Shenye Some characteristics of the rod mill produced by the factory have been introduced in the part of the ball mill. Only the main technical performances are listed in Table 10.
4. Qunying The factory currently mainly produces overflow rod mills. The technical performance is listed in Table 11, and the dimensions of the two types are shown in Figure 8 and Table 12.
5. The wet rod mills produced by Shen Mining, Liaozhong, Nanchang Heavy Machinery and Shicheng are listed in Tables 13~16.
Technical performance is listed in Table 17. The shape and installation dimensions of the Φ2100×3000 overflow rod mill are shown in the ball mill section.
In addition, the rod mills produced by Dahua Heavy Machinery and Xinhai Mining Machinery are listed in Tables 18 and 19, respectively.
