On Saturday, June 17, 2017, I had the chance to attend a great muster event featuring several companies from the Chicago Fire Department. It was an exciting day filled with activities and opportunities to capture some incredible moments. I even managed to record a short video during the event, which gives you a quick glimpse into what it was like.

The muster was bustling with activity, and it was fascinating to see all the different fire apparatus positioned around for photos and demonstrations. The firefighters were incredibly welcoming, and there was a palpable sense of camaraderie among everyone present.
One of the highlights for me was capturing some stunning images of various units from the Chicago Fire Department. Take a look at these photos I snapped throughout the day:
This first image is of Squad 1, one of the department's elite teams. The vehicle in the background is a Rosenbauer Commander ACP-55, a model that caught my attention due to its sleek design and advanced features.

Then there was the iconic Truck 19, known for its critical role in ladder operations. This unit was positioned strategically for photos, showcasing its impressive size and functionality.

Engine 14 was another standout piece of equipment at the muster. Its vibrant red color and well-maintained appearance made it a favorite among attendees.

Lastly, the Collapse Unit 522 was a vital presence, designed specifically to handle emergencies involving structural collapses. Its specialized equipment and rugged design were on full display.
