Body micro-gold traditional repair method

The car becomes a daily means of transportation, and bumps are inevitable during driving. The commonly used tools include a filer, a micro hammer, a small pit ejector, and the like.

The procedure for repairing a pit using these tools is as follows:

(1) When the outer panel of the car body is impacted by a relatively small force, it will produce some tiny dents, affecting the appearance of the vehicle. Use a pen to mark the tiny dents.

(2) Make marks in the dents, place the lights next to the parts that need to be repaired, and carefully observe changes in the dents during the repair process through the irradiation of the lights to adjust the maintenance operations in time.

(3) The tool for repairing micro dents is different from the conventional sheet metal tools. Since the strength of the repair is small and gentle, the tools must be small and exquisite.

(4) Put the micro-augmented gold into the back of the dent of the panel, and find the dent in the panel to perform gentle pressing. Use force evenly, finely, and gently during operation. Do not use too much force at one time to prevent large deformation and failure to repair.

(6) There may be slight wear on the painted surface of the repaired dent. Put some abrasive paste on the repaired part and polish the part.

(7) Ultimately, a fine repair can produce an effect that is indistinguishable from the original appearance.
