The RF connector features a coaxial design that allows one end to be soldered onto the surface of a circuit board, while the other end connects directly to the target plate using elastic pressure. This single-piece construction simplifies the assembly process, eliminating the need to worry about connection or disconnection issues, and reducing the risk of solder damage during installation.
Available in three standard sizes—6.65mm, 10mm, and 14mm—the support plates offer precise tolerances: ±0.3mm for the 6.65mm height, and ±1mm for the 10mm and 14mm versions. Radial dimensions are maintained within ±0.8mm across all sizes, with custom options available upon request to meet specific design requirements.
In terms of performance, the connector delivers a consistent 50 Ω impedance, with a return loss of -20 dB at 2.1 GHz and an operating frequency up to 6 GHz. It is built to perform reliably in extreme conditions, with an operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C.
