According to the State Administration of Environmental Protection and the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China, pollutant discharge standards are newly formulated. Oil refinery and oil company oil depots with crude oil and gasoline turnover equal to or greater than 100,000 cubic meters must be equipped with oil and gas recovery devices. Naphtha and gasoline will volatilize a large amount of organic gases when they are loaded. At room temperature, the main component is an organic hydrocarbon mixture that not only pollutes the atmosphere, but also causes combustion and explosion accidents. It also reduces the quality of oil products and wastes resources. Some aromatic hydrocarbons It may even cause cancer.

Dalian Petrochemical Company uses the most mature, reliable and widely used adsorption method in the world to meet the minimum tail gas emission concentration requirements. It has a flexible start-up operation mode and low energy consumption. It mainly includes three processes. Oil and gas absorption is through two alternately switched adsorptive activated carbon beds, absorbing naphtha and gasoline, and gas generated by gasoline; activated carbon regeneration is pumped by a two-stage vacuum pump to pump down oil and gas adsorbed by activated carbon beds, when the control system detects At the time of vacuum, air is introduced for purging; oil and gas separation and absorption are hydrocarbon components. The gas is compressed by the liquid ring vacuum pump and sent to the separator. The separator separates concentrated gas and liquid gasoline and directly enters the absorption tower. The absorption tower absorbs the gas. Pumped into petrol tank. A small amount of unabsorbed oil and gas at the top of the tower is returned to the activated carbon bed and mixed with the oil and gas generated by the loading and enters the activated carbon bed and is adsorbed again.
