   The WRY series hot oil pump is a centrifugal type hot oil circulation pump with a maximum working temperature of 350°C. It has been widely used in heat carrier heating systems and has entered various industries such as petroleum, chemical, rubber, plastics, pharmaceutical, textile, printing and dyeing, road construction, and food processing. It is mainly used for conveying weakly corrosive and high-temperature fluids without solid particles.Â
Application
   Chemical industry: In the chemical industry, the WRY hot oil pump can be applied to operations such as polymerization, condensation, distillation, concentration, and evaporation, providing heat for corresponding equipment.
   Petrochemical Industry: In the petrochemical industry, the WRY hot oil pump can be used in synthesis, reaction, distillation, and other processes, as well as in heat preservation devices such as asphalt and heavy oil, and for tank heating and fuel oil heating.
  Machinery industry: In the mechanical industry, the WRY hot oil pump can be used in electroplating treatment equipment, heat treatment equipment, spray drying, rolling mills, baking technology, melt casting, etc., and also involved in heat conduction oil heating.

Structural characteristics:
WRY series hot oil pump:
(1) Uses packing seal and mechanical seal combination, with high-temperature resistant packing and good thermal adaptability, and mechanical seal with high mechanical strength and good wear resistance of hard alloy material, ensuring sealing performance under high temperature conditions.
(2) Using third-generation PTFE (PTFE) lip seals, significantly enhancing sealing performance, 25 times more reliable than rubber seals, with strong corrosion resistance.

The characteristics of the pump:
   The WRY series hot oil pump is the second generation product based on the research and development of our company after learning and absorbing foreign oil pump technology. The basic structure is single-stage single-suction cantilever supporting, with axial suction at the inlet and vertical center discharge, mounted on the base with a motor.
The WRY series hot oil pump uses ball bearings at both ends, with the front end lubricated by oil and the back end by grease. A guide pipe is present in the middle for observing the sealing condition and recycling the heat transfer oil.
The traditional water cooling structure has been replaced with a natural cooling structure, resulting in a simpler design, smaller size, lower operating costs, better performance, and more reliable usage.
