According to Xinhua News Agency, SAIC will bring together Shanghai Volkswagen, Shanghai GM, Shanghai Huizhong, Shanghai GM Wuling and Yanfeng Visteon to jointly participate in the 2004 Beijing International Automobile Exhibition. It is understood that participating models include the Shanghai Volkswagen Passat V6, Polo sedan, hatchback, Santana 3000, multi-purpose MPV Tourna; Shanghai GM in addition to display Buick series of products, this time will also exhibit the upcoming domestic famous luxury car brand -- The Cadillac sedan; SAIC's newly emerged vehicle company Shanghai Huizhong will exhibit the Istana commercial vehicle that was launched not long ago; SAIC-GM-Wuling’s Chevrolet-branded minivan Spark and Wuling Sunshine will also be on display at the show. In addition, the Shangmo Plant will also display its best-selling sports cars and ATVs. As the featured products of SAIC, parts and components will be exhibited in chassis systems, power transmission, air conditioning systems, electronic appliances, trim systems, and thermal processing systems. Altogether, there are more than 60 products.
