Localization of large-scale blast furnace blowers through technical demonstration

Entrusted by the National Development and Reform Commission, China Machinery Industry Federation recently organized a national demonstration of large-scale blast furnace blowers in Beijing. The blast furnace blower is the key equipment for blast furnace ironmaking power supply. The large blast furnace blower group refers to a power supply device for a large blast furnace of 4000m3 or more. The blower has an airflow of 7000 to 10000Nm3/min and a drive power of 30000kW to 60000kW. Blower, automatic control system, electronic control system and driver. It is understood that at present, there are 20 large-scale blast furnaces of 4,000 to 5,500 m3 built in the world, and four of them are in China. However, the large blast furnace blowers provided for them are manufactured abroad. With the development of large-scale blast furnaces in China's metallurgical industry, there will be more than 10 large-scale blast furnaces of 4,000 to 5,500 m3 under construction and proposed in China.
Shaanxi Drum is the only company in China capable of designing and manufacturing large-scale blast furnace blowers. Up to now, it has produced more than 20 large blast furnace blowers with a flow rate of 7000 Nm3/min or more. The technical parameters cover the required air volume and pressure requirements for 4,000 to 5,500 m3 blast furnaces. . At the demonstration meeting, the expert team fully affirmed the production capacity, quality assurance system and after-sales service of the large blast furnace blower unit of Shaan-Dong Group, and recommended that relevant state departments strengthen the organization, coordination, and guidance of the localization process of the large-scale blast furnace blower unit. Provide preferential policies for manufacturers and users of trial production and application of the first large-scale equipment.
