Equipment industry standards will lag behind

During the “Eleventh Five-Year Plan” period, the standardization of the machinery industry should gradually improve the market mechanism, accelerate the speed of system revision, change the status of the standard “extended service”, and establish a mechanical industry standard system that is in line with international standards, has a prominent focus, has a reasonable structure, and adapts to the market. Among them, the adoption rate of the chemical equipment industry will increase from the current 48.6% to 55%. This is the information uploaded by the National Machinery Industry Standardization Work Conference held in Beijing in early December.
In recent years, the standardization work of the machinery industry has made great progress, but the speed of the standard system revision still cannot keep up with the rapid development of the industry. The problems of aging and lagging standards have not yet been fundamentally resolved. Take the standardization of the chemical equipment industry as an example. At present, China has basically formed a system. By the end of 2005, there were 390 standards, of which 27 were national standards and 363 were industrial standards, and the adoption rate was 48.6%. At the same time, the standards and revisions lag behind, with low standard levels, long ageing, and poor timeliness. The standard structure and content are unreasonable. They emphasize production technology and material requirements in the production process, neglecting the delivery acceptance conditions and safety performance. Use of performance and product reliability requirements; the standard system is not perfect, the coverage of the entire industry is low, supporting the poor; the adoption rate is still low, and is not yet in line with foreign advanced standards; standard implementation status is poor, standardization agencies and manufacturers of standards The revision and implementation of the system do not pay attention.
At the meeting, Xiong Bilin, deputy director of the Industry Development Department of the National Development and Reform Commission, pointed out that the implementation of the "State Council's opinions on accelerating the revitalization of the equipment manufacturing industry" puts forward "the full play of the role of standardization in revitalizing the equipment manufacturing industry, raising national standards, industry standards, and The level of corporate standards, improve the standard system of China's equipment manufacturing industry, to create conditions for China's equipment products to participate in international competition, the core task of mechanical industry standardization work is "innovation mechanism, key breakthroughs, overall improvement, and improve the system." It is necessary to establish supporting mechanisms for major projects and strive to incorporate standard research and formulation into project plans; and to strengthen the combination of standardization and scientific research and development so that the proportion of independent innovation technologies and transformation of scientific and technological achievements in standards will be significantly improved. Therefore, in the chemical equipment industry, the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" standard revision work should focus on new products and new technology standards, related to the requirements of environmental protection and safety requirements, basic supporting standards, and product standards that are in urgent need of market trade, and strive to be in 2010. The annual adoption rate of the whole industry has reached 55%, and the standard age is controlled within 15 years.
