  I. Chemical phase analysis of arsenic in odorous onion ore

Separation of arsenic calcium copper ore The arsenic calcium copper ore is rapidly soluble in many organic and inorganic acids. Leaching with ESTA solution at 90 °C, the leaching rate can reach 98%, arsenic pyrite is 0.86%, and arsenic-containing iron ore is 1.82%.
Separation of arsenic-bearing iron ore The arsenic-containing iron ore is an iron mineral that contains arsenic. When argon is used to dissolve iron minerals, arsenic is easily lost. In H 2 SO 4 (1+1) medium, leaching on a boiling water bath for 2 h, the iron mineral leaching rate was 86%, and the arsenic leaching rate was 98%. After adding an appropriate amount of oxalic acid, the iron leaching rate is greater than 90%, arsenic is 100%, and arsenic pyrite is 1.43%.

Determination of arsenic ore The sample was placed in a plastic beaker, and 1 g of sodium tartrate, 100 mL of 20 g/L NaOH solution was added, and immersed in a boiling water bath for 1 hour, filtered, washed with water containing NH 4 Cl, and arsenic was measured in the filtrate.
Calcium Copper Determination of arsenic in the residue into the conical flask, add 100mL10g / LEDTA solution, boiling water bath to leach IH, add hot 0.5gNH 4 Cl, filtered, washed with NH 4 Cl containing hot water. Arsenic was measured in the filtrate.
Determination of arsenic-containing iron ore. The residue of arsenic calcium-copper ore was added to the residue of arsenic calcium-copper ore, and 1 g of oxalic acid was added. 100 mL of H 2 SO 4 (1+1) was immersed in a boiling water bath for 2 h, filtered, washed with hot water, and arsenic was measured in the filtrate. .
Determination of arsenic pyrite In the final residue, add 50mL HNO 3 , heat in boiling water bath for 10min, add 0.2-0.5gKClO 3 , continue to heat and decompose for 30min, add 50mL water, filter, wash with hot water, measure in filtrate Irregular arsenic.
