Box Alarm in Brookfield, 6/25/15

This report comes from Josh Boyajian:

Yesterday afternoon, Brookfield responded to a Box Alarm at 3308 S. Sunnyside. The first-arriving companies reported heavy smoke coming from the attic. Firefighters made a strong effort to contain the fire but were unable to make progress due to the intense conditions. As a result, command ordered all personnel to evacuate and shifted to a defensive strategy. Four hand lines were in operation, and Riverside’s ladder truck was on standby. Here are some images.
