**Main Features**
**Urgent Grease Injection Device**
Our trunnion ball valves are equipped with an urgent grease injection system as per customer requirements. This device is installed on both the stem and seat for DN > 150mm (NPS) valves, and in the body cavity for DN < 125mm valves. In case of damage to the O-ring or body seat ring, sealing grease can be injected through this device to prevent leakage between the body and stem.
**Double-block and Bleed Functions**
Our trunnion ball valves feature a front-ball sealing design. Each seat can independently cut off the medium at both the inlet and outlet, providing double-block functionality. When closed, the body cavity and both ends of the valve remain sealed even under pressure, allowing any residual medium in the cavity to be bled out via the relief valve.
**Fire-safe Design**
In fire conditions, non-metallic components like PTFE seat rings, stem O-rings, and body-bonnet gaskets may degrade due to high temperatures. Our valves are designed with metal-to-metal seals or graphite seals to prevent internal and external leakage. These designs meet standards such as API 607, API 6FA, BS 6755, and JB/T 6899.
**Self-relief in Body Cavity**
When liquid media in the body cavity vaporizes due to rising temperatures, pressure inside the cavity increases significantly. The medium itself pushes the seat to relieve the pressure, ensuring the valve remains safe.
