Key Features
Construction
The unit is built with galvanized steel panels and frames, finished with a durable polyester powder coating to resist corrosion and weather damage. It includes direct expansion coils with a condensate drain tray for efficient operation.
Hermetic Compressor
Equipped with high-efficiency scroll compressors that come with built-in thermal overload protection and crankcase heaters. The compressors are mounted on vibration-dampening rubber mounts for reduced noise. A ripple-type acoustic insulation system minimizes sound while thermal insulation ensures optimal performance.
Centrifugal Fan
Features forward-curved centrifugal fans in the air treatment section and axial fans in the condensation section. The unit offers front, side, and bottom air discharge options, providing high external pressure and long air delivery distance.
Electrical Panel
The electrical panel includes circuit breakers, contactors, phase sequence relays, and other essential protective devices to ensure safe and reliable operation of all main components.
Control System
Includes an easy-to-use line controller with cooling, heating, and auto modes. It also provides error indication, timer functions, and remote control capabilities for enhanced user experience.
Electric Heater
The electric heater uses shielded resistance elements made from smooth stainless steel tubes, rated at 6 W/cm². It features a high-temperature limit control set at 90°C, located within 150mm of the heater for safety. The power cables are made from heat-resistant silicon rubber, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 200°C. Electric heaters are available in three sizes—S (standard), M (medium), and H (high)—to suit different unit capacities.
Hot Water Coil
The hot water coil offers fully modulating control via a 3-way valve. All connections and valves are tested at 15 bars for reliability. Frost protection is achieved by opening the 3-way valve when the coil temperature drops below 8°C, and stopping the outdoor fan if the temperature falls below 6°C. Additionally, the valve opens at 10% when the outdoor temperature is below a set value. These coils are factory-fitted, wired, and fully tested before shipment.
