1. Can you do custom design for us?
Yes, we can create artwork including printing and logos. Just provide us with the content and specify where to place it, and we will follow your instructions in detail.
2. How can we place an order?
Once we agree on the product and price, we will send you a Proforma Invoice for confirmation. After receiving your payment (deposit), we will prepare the goods and ship them within 5 working days. If you have your own shipping forwarder, we will use it. Otherwise, once the goods arrive at the destination port, you will need to find a shipping forwarder to clear customs.
3. What is your payment term?
100% T/T in advance. Western Union is also accepted. Small payments can be made via PayPal or Escrow. Please confirm all details before making a payment.
4. What about shipping?
For small orders, we ship via international express services like FEDEX, DHL, TNT, or UPS, which usually take 3–7 business days. For larger quantities, we ship by sea, which takes around one month. If urgent, air freight is available, though it will cost more.
