For the quality control of the mould, there are three main steps:
1. **Mould Material Quality Control**
- Checking of mould steel (hardness, flaw detection)
- Inspection of standard spare parts (hardness, size, and flaw checking)
2. **Mould Manufacturing Process Quality Control**
- Design checking (part design, mould design, engineering drawings)
- Verification of each part's dimensions after machining according to 2D drawings
- Mould testing to ensure proper running conditions
3. **Final Check Before Shipment**
- Re-checking against customer requirements before final delivery
