Product Introduction
The super hydraulic control valve we produce is available in two types: Diaphragm and Piston. Both are composed of a main valve, a pilot valve, connecting tubes, fittings, and other components. Depending on the application, by changing the pipeline assembly of the pilot valve and the fittings, different valves with varying performance characteristics can be created.

Features & Working Performance
4.1 Features:
This product has a Y-type structure with a double-chamber operator. It offers advantages such as a straight flow path, high flow rate, low pressure drop, smooth opening and closing, and no pressure fluctuation. The double-chamber mechanism can be disassembled as a whole, making it easy to inspect. The diaphragm is made of nylon-reinforced rubber, ensuring a long service life. The sealing gasket on the valve disc can be removed for convenient maintenance.
4.2 Working Performance:
The multifunctional pump control valve can be installed in system pipelines or at the outlet of a pump. During normal operation, the inlet medium lifts the main valve disc, allowing the medium to flow into the middle chamber through the flow regulator, which opens the valve quickly. When the valve stops working, the outlet medium flows into the upper chamber through the regulator, causing the operator to move downward and close the valve quickly or slowly, preventing backflow.

Assembly Instructions
6.1 The best installation direction is horizontal (i.e., the bonnet is upwards).
6.2 Check the flow direction before installation to avoid misassembly.
6.3 Clean the pipeline before installation and install a strainer before the valve to prevent impurities from affecting performance.
6.4 If the temperature is below 0°C, insulation materials should be used.
6.5 Ensure sufficient space for installation and place the control valve behind the check valve.
Notes
7.1 Inspect the pilot valve, pipes, and fittings before operation.
7.2 Ensure the regulator and pipes function smoothly.
7.3 Maintain the pipeline after operating the system for some time.
Testing Methods
8.1 Open globe valve 3,12 (or 3,13 for piston type).
8.2 Start the pump and check if the inlet and outlet pressure is normal.
8.3 Stop the pump and check for water hammer or reverse pump action.
8.4 If water hammer is severe, reduce the globe valve opening.
8.5 If the pump acts reversely, increase the globe valve opening.
