AEA Cast Steel Trunnion Mounted Ball Valves are engineered and manufactured to ensure long service life and reliable performance. These valves are full ported and designed in accordance with the American Petroleum Institute standard API 608 and API 6D, as well as the British standard BS 5351. They also conform to the American Society of Mechanical Engineers standard ASME B16.34. The valves are available in a wide range of body/bonnet materials and trims, suitable for various industrial applications.
Range of Materials
The standard body/bonnet materials include nine grades of carbon steel, low alloy steel, and stainless steel. For special applications, other grades of alloy and stainless steel can be supplied. A full range of trim materials is available to match any service condition, and optional packing and gasket materials are provided to suit different operating environments.
