The anti-riot pressure transmitter is an intelligent digital display pressure measurement and control performance integrating pressure measurement, display, output and control. Its performance and characteristics are as follows:
The microprocessor can implement software control on the sensor according to a given program in the anti-riot pressure transmitter system, and use software control algorithm to achieve data fitting, thereby improving the precision and changing the sensor from a single function to a multi-function.
In view of the common problems such as error, signal interference, and no signal in the use of anti-riot pressure transmitters, the following solutions are obtained based on years of experience:
First, the pressure indication is unstable or incorrect
1, explosion-proof pressure transmitter power is normal, if less than 12VDC, the circuit should check if there is a large load, the input impedance of the load transmitter shall comply RL≤ (transmitter power supply voltage -12V) / (0.02 A) Ω
2 , the input impedance of the transmitter load should meet RL ≤ ( transmitter supply voltage -12V) / (0.02A) Ω , if it does not meet, according to its different measures can be taken: such as raising the supply voltage ( but must be low At 36VDC) , reduce load, etc.
3. The input of the pressure indicating instrument and the corresponding wiring are correct. The input of the pressure indicating instrument is 4~20mA , then the output signal of the transmitter can be directly connected ; if the input of the pressure indicating instrument is 1~5V , it must be Pressure indicating meter input
4. The range of the pressure indicating meter is consistent with the range of the riot pressure transmitter and connected to a resistor with a precision of one thousandth or more and a resistance of 250 Ω, and then connected to the input of the transmitter.
5. If the multi-point paper recorder does not record, the input terminal is open. If the circuit is open: 1. Cannot carry other loads ; 2. Use other recorders with input impedance ≤250Ω when no recording is made .
6. If the corresponding equipment casing is grounded, the equipment casing is required to be grounded.
7. Whether the pressure sensor is damaged or not, the severe overload sometimes damages the isolation diaphragm. If it is damaged, it needs to be sent back to the manufacturer for repair.
8. The temperature of the pipeline is too high. The operating temperature of the pressure sensor is -25~85 °C , but it is within -20~70 °C in actual use . Add a buffer tube to dissipate heat.
Second, the transmitter has no output
1. Check whether the power supply of the anti-riot pressure transmitter is reversed ;
2. Connect the ammeter to the 24V power supply circuit to check if the current is normal .
3. If it is with a meter, check whether the meter head is damaged. If the meter head is damaged, you need to change the meter head.
