The Marine Incinerator is a key device for pollution prevention on ships and offshore platforms. It can effectively incinerate sludge oil, food waste, garbage, paper, rags, plastic, and other solid wastes. This unit complies with the MARPOL 73/78 Annex and RESOLUTION MEPC.76(40).
We offer three types of incinerators for your selection:
1) Incinerator for waste oil and solid waste
2) Incinerator for waste oil and sewage sludge
3) Multifunctional incinerator for waste oil, solid waste, and sewage sludge
In addition, we provide three options for sludge heating sources: electrical elements, steam coil, or thermal coil. All our incinerators come with approved certificates such as CCS, DNV, GL, and USCG, and include at least a one-year warranty.
The Marine Incinerator features a detachable structure, making it easy to install and maintain. It has a large heat capacity and compact design. The unit includes fault shutdown, sound and light alarm systems, and remote signal transmission for integration with ship control systems.
Equipped with a PLC controller, the incineration process is fully automated, requiring no manual intervention. The system uses a touch screen interface with a graphical display, allowing all functions to be operated with one key. Digital graphics show system parameters and working status in real time.
It meets the effluent standards set by IMO MEPC.159(55).
