On February 28, the CLG425 grader successfully assembled in Liuzhou Road Company. It is a high-horsepower all-wheel drive grader developed by Liugong in response to the needs of the international market. It is suitable for large-area flattening and winter snow removal operations. The machine adopts new technologies such as hydraulic drive low-speed high-torque motor, computer dynamic control, temperature control cooling fan, electric warm air-conditioning, etc. It is also specially designed for Russia's bad weather pre-heating system. The technical performance of all aspects of the product has been comprehensively improved, and the overall performance has ranked at the leading level in China, filling the gap in the high-end market of the grader.
In early March, the evaluation of the 2007 science and technology plan project of the Ministry of Science and Technology was completed by experts. The CLG418 motor grader submitted by Liugong was identified by the Ministry of Science and Technology as a "2007 national key new product project." The CLG 418 motor grader was a new product that was developed in 2004 and was quickly and successfully introduced to the market. Its advanced nature, reliability, comfortable operation, high construction quality, high productivity, and beautiful appearance are welcomed by users and are favored by the market. Its quality has been tested by the National Engineering Machinery Inspection Center, reaching the advanced level of domestic similar products. In addition to importing imported products in domestic sales, the products of the project are also exported to the international market. The products have been exported to countries such as Finland, Sweden, Russia, South Africa, Morocco and Saudi Arabia and have a very good market prospect. The products that have been included in the national science and technology plan projects will be actively provided by the Ministry of Science and Technology in various forms and will give strong support to the market, information, funds, and management.
At present, LiuGong graders already have independently developed and manufactured CLG416, CLG418, CLG422, and CLG425 four series of eight models of products, product lines to meet the needs of customers.
