This gear pump is ideal for transferring various types of oil, including thick oil, diesel fuel, lubricants, and animal or vegetable oils. It can also transport low flash point fluids when equipped with copper gears, such as gasoline and benzene. Please note that the media temperature should not exceed 70°C, and the operating temperature of the oil pump should not go beyond 300°C. The pump features a built-in safety valve to ensure safe operation under high temperatures. It offers three types of shaft seals: skeleton seal, mechanical seal, and stuffing seal. Please specify your preference when placing an order.
The 2CY series gear pump is primarily used for carrying lubricants in various mechanical systems. It is suitable for oils with lubricating properties, provided their viscosity is below 300cst and the temperature is under 300°C. Stainless steel versions are capable of transporting edible oils and beverages. This pump does not have a built-in valve, and the shaft seal options include skeleton oil seal, mechanical seal, and stuffing seal.
