*Product Function Brief of Vacuum Homogenizing Emulsifying Machine
Constructed from stainless steel (SUS316L), the machine features a hydraulic lift cover. It includes a high-speed homogenizer (0–3000 RPM, frequency-controlled) and a scraper blender (0–83 RPM). The process operates under vacuum to prevent air bubbles and ensure hygiene. A CIP cleaning system is also included. All internal parts are made of SUS316L, while other components use SUS304. The inner surface has a mirror finish of 300 mesh. It uses a Siemens motor for stable control and a Panasonic transducer for reliable performance.

High-efficiency emulsifier with six-layer shear teeth, capable of achieving up to 100 MPa transient pressure. This results in a much more effective emulsification than standard models. The machine leaves very little residue, making it superior to other types of emulsifiers. The lid can be lifted hydraulically for easy maintenance and cleaning.
