1. Product Description

Simulating the material in a fire environment, the burning performance is used to assess the flame resistance.
The test control system consists of a temperature control system, calorimeter radiation tester, signal acquisition system, computer system, and a circuit system with a reasonable test system design.
An automatic stop safety system is included; if an emergency occurs, the machine will receive the signal and stop working.
Convenient operation and test data storage are also features of this equipment.

Device structure and basic instructions:

1. Power regulator modules, PID temperature control module, air flow circuit control module, mechanical rotating module, human machine interface module, RS485 interface communication module, ARM signal processing module (pressure, temperature, flow, etc.), and programmable logic controller;
2. PC communicates with the programmable controller through the RS485 interface to carry out data transmission and motion control.
3. The PID temperature control module is connected to the power adjustment module, controlled by the programmable controller to regulate the thermostat.
4. The signal acquisition processing circuit module is connected to the air volume control module, and the programmable logic controller calculates the output to smartly regulate the preset wind speed.
5. The mechanical rotating module is connected to the programmable controller I/O port to control the rotation mechanism at the off state.
6. The heating device in the heat release rate test analysis system combines thermal radiation sensors, oxygen, carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide analyzers, smoke density meters, and can perform uniform heat flux radiation on square test samples, thus achieving analysis of the material's heat release rate and obtaining a stable concentration of the test sample gas stream.

Test software system:

1. The test control system consists of a temperature sampling control system, heat radiation tester, signal acquisition systems, computer systems, and a rational design of testing and sampling circuits.
2. When the system detects a security signal, it will provide real-time feedback and automatically shut down, taking emergency safety measures.
3. Signals generated by thermocouples can be transmitted through a temperature transmitter or directly to a recorder or computer. During the test, average temperature and single-point temperature can be displayed in real time.
4. Easily implement the test project start, test process control, test parameter setup, all kinds of test data from sensors are sent to the computer, after automatic calculation and post-processing, they can be stored or printed as graphs. The software can be automatically programmed based on the temperature curve, recording furnace, furnace pressure, and test sample back temperature data.
5. The system provides query functions. It can automatically store the number of test samples and temperature curves and data in the database within the system. Users can enter the sample number, test date, and other information for inquiry.
