2. How can I get some samples?
If you need, we can provide free samples, but new clients are expected to cover the courier cost, which will be deducted from the formal order payment.
3. Can you make casting according to our drawing?
Yes, we can produce castings based on your drawings, 2D or 3D CAD models. If a 3D model is available, tooling development will be more efficient. Without 3D, we can still produce samples based on 2D drawings.
4. Can you make casting based on our samples?
Yes, we can measure your samples to create drawings for tooling production.
5. What quality control devices do you have in-house?
We have a spectrometer to monitor chemical properties, a tensile testing machine to control mechanical properties, and ultrasonic testing (UT) as an NDT method to check internal defects in castings.
