The entire system includes a lifting feeding machine, weighting device, pre-water immersion washer, vibration spreader, no-muffle carrier roller wire-mesh belt controlled atmosphere hardening furnace, oil-quenching tank, horizontal washer, wire-mesh belt tempering furnace, cooling tank, and an electric control cabinet.
This heat treatment line incorporates Japanese furnace technology and is manufactured and inspected according to resistance furnace industry standards. Key components are imported, ensuring high-quality construction and assembly that meets advanced domestic standards.
The production line is fully automated, covering all stages from material loading, pre-washing, distribution, hardening, cooling, post-washing, tempering, and final cooling. The main furnace uses low-voltage, high-current transformers, which extend the life of the radiant tubes and make maintenance and replacement easier.
The wire-mesh belt features synchronized rotating rollers, reducing tension during operation and increasing its service life.
