Shield vibration absorbers are specifically designed for use in the suction and discharge lines of air conditioning and refrigeration systems. They help to reduce and absorb vibrations caused by compressors, preventing them from being transmitted through the piping system.

Main Features of Shield Vibration Absorbers:
1. Certified with ISO9001, ISO2004, RoHS, CE, and ETL standards.
2. Advanced welding techniques and high-quality materials ensure no leakage. The soldering process uses nitrogen protection to prevent rust, and the melting point of the solder is as high as 1000°C. In case of any issues during installation, the joint can be re-soldered.
3. The hose and braid are reinforced with ferrules at both ends and connected using high-temperature brazing alloys with copper fittings.
4. Both the hose and copper tubes are fully brazed, and all basic components undergo thorough physical and chemical analysis.
5. Before packaging, the product is cleaned and dehydrated, then individually wrapped in plastic film before being boxed.

Application: Suitable for CO2 and all types of refrigerants.
